Shopping Information?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the same day for shipment. All orders placed after hours, weekends and or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What Shipping Method Do We Use?

We ship all orders free via Fedex Ground with Signature delivery. We can ship next day or with different carriers like UPS or USPS only on customer request.

Do I receive an Invoice for my Order?

All orders will automatically be sent a sales receipt to the assigned email. If you would like to request a copy of an invoice, please send an email to sales@geequipment.com with the Order Number in the subject line.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are pleased to announce that we not only ship domestically, but also ship internationally. If you have placed an order to be shipped internationally, the end-user may incur financial responsibility being imposed on the package: Customs Duties Tariffs Taxes Greenway Sales, LLC does not and will not cover any of these costs on behalf of the customer. Please be knowledgeable of your country’s Customs and Import Restriction prior to placing an order.

Do we Ship to Other Addresses?

Shipping address must match the billing address or your transaction will be rejected by PayPal at checkout. All orders placed on check out are forced to ship to the customer’s billing address associated with their method of payment. This precaution is taken to ensure the transaction captured is not fraudulent.  In the event the customer wants to ship to an address other than billing address, please contact us directly sales@geequipment.com to assist in completing your transaction.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

Yes we do offer a 14 days return policy on all items.

What should I do If I Receive a damaged or Wrong item?

Please contact sales@geequipment.com if your order has been processed incorrectly such as if items are broken, Items are missing, Items are not as described or Items are not working properly For a faster response, you can give us a call (832)474-4443.

Can I change or Cancel My Order?

Yes orders can be cancelled the day it is placed before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time or Orders can be cancelled by calling us (832)474-4443.
