Wavelength of  Viavi OTDR 4136: 

 The MP module is an appropriate OTDR for testing any PON system with a splitting ratio of up to 1×128. It offers numerous wavelength combinations, including filtered wavelengths for in-service testing.

The module also provides an increased dynamic range, optimized resolution, and reduced dead zones for short pulses. The optical performance of the MP module, when paired with the comprehensive range of capabilities offered by the T-BERD/MTS platform, guarantees accurate testing on the first attempt.

• The PON has been optimized to test a splitter with a maximum configuration of 1×128.
• Single-, dual-, and tri-wavelength variants are available with wavelengths of 1310/1490/1550/1625/1650 nm.
• The device has a solitary connection port that supports wavelengths of 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and 1625 nm or 1650 nm when the device is in service.
• Combined CW light source and power meter
