Megger 246004 BITE 2P Battery Impedance Test Equipment Built in Printer

The Megger 246004 BITE 2P Battery Impedance Tester is a high-tech device that checks the health of lead-acid and nickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah. Advanced features like Pass/Warning/Fail calculations, advanced printing functions, and a carrying case for standard and optional tools are all built in. A test current is sent across the battery string online by the BITE 2P, which then measures the total current, voltage drop, impedance, DC voltage, and connector resistance. It saves these readings in its memory, which can be used to determine how battery systems are doing.

Battery: 

 As part of a battery care plan, impedance readings can be taken and written down every six months for flooded batteries of Megger 246004 and every three months for VRLA batteries. The BITE 2P test doesn’t drain or stress the battery like load cycle testing does, and it only takes less than 20 seconds to test each cell and intercell connection.
